Brown Sugar Italian Chicken

Three ingredients?
Quick and easy?
Flavorful and tender?
Yes please!

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 packet of dry Italian dressing seasoning
Chicken breasts

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar and Italian seasoning
3. Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning on all sides before placing them in a greased (or foil lined) baking dish
4. Bake for 15m and flip the chicken over
5. Bake for 10m and flip again
6. Broil (about 5m) until caramelized
7. Serve and enjoy! I paired mine with some white cheddar mac & cheese and a side salad.

Note: Cooking time will vary based on the size of your chicken. The amount of the seasoning you use will vary as well - I made a small portion tonight, so I ended up saving the excess brown sugar + Italian seasoning that wasn't used on the chicken.

Tip: If you think you'll have seasoning leftover, do not put the raw chicken directly into the bowl of spices. That way you can save the leftover! I used a spoon to sprinkle the spices over the chicken.
